Medveja apartments

Medveja is a village and summer resort on the eastern coast of Istria, situated in a picturesque cove, 2 km south of Lovran.

Medveja - Beaches:

Its large pebble beach, one of the most beautiful in the Kvarner region, was formed by diverging branches of the brook running from Mt. Učka towards limestone karst. A large and modern campsite was erected near the beach.

Medveja - Accommodation :

Medveja offers a variety of accommodation facilities (hotels, rooms, apartments). A walk from Medveja Cove to Lovran Cove (3 km) or to Učka has been the most traditional recreation in the town.

Accommodation is provided in the campsite which has a capacity of 1200 persons and in bungalows with a total capacity of 173 beds (1st April – 15th October). Private accommodation consists of rooms and apartments of categories I and II. Food is available in restaurants – either full board or a la carte, and in the "Punta konoba" (tavern).

Medveja - Sports and Recreation:

Medveja offers opportunities for walks, rest and recreation. Mini-golf, water skiing, surfing, diving, dance entertainment, the small port, a post office, a supermarket, and bus connections with Lovran, Opatija and Rijeka are available here.
